Institute of Business Research Supports Young Researchers in Participating at ICBF 2025

The Institute of Business Research (IBR) proudly congratulates two passionate young researchers, Nguyễn Trần Phước Toàn and Nguyễn Thị Hương Giang, on achieving significant milestones in their academic journey through participation in the International Conference on Business and Finance (ICBF 2025). Their involvement in this prestigious international conference not only provided an opportunity to present their research findings but also allowed them to expand their network with researchers and experts from around the world.

According to the Conference Organizing Committee, Nguyễn Trần Phước Toàn presented a research paper titled: “A Hybrid Univariate Forecasting Model for Volatility of Financial Asset Classes and Implications for Risk Management”. The study provides an in-depth analysis of forecasting volatility across various financial asset classes and offers important implications for risk management.

Meanwhile, Nguyễn Thị Hương Giang presented a research paper titled: “The Role of Cybersecurity Knowledge and Perceived Threats in Shaping Protective Behavior among Vietnamese Online Banking Users”. This research examines how cybersecurity knowledge and perceived threats influence protective behavior among online banking users in Vietnam.
