The Corporate Training Program developed by the Institute of Business Research (IBR-UEH) aims to support enterprises in enhancing managerial capabilities and developing their human resources comprehensively.
IBR designs fully customized training programs based on the specific needs of each organization, ensuring that the content aligns with strategic objectives, industry characteristics, and the operational context of the business. The program harmoniously integrates standardized theoretical foundations, practical experience, and modern training methodologies including discussions, case analysis, and applied practice, thereby ensuring practical and sustainable learning outcomes.
