On June 29, 2026, Institute of Business Research (IBR), under the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), successfully organized the institutional evaluation council for the provincial-level scientific research project entitled “Developing Economic Infrastructure to Meet New Requirements in Ha Tinh Province”, led by Prof. Vo Xuan Vinh as the principal investigator. This milestone demonstrates the Institute’s research capacity, policy advisory role, and intellectual contributions to local economic development issues.

The evaluation council consisted of: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Phong Nguyen – Chair of the Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ho Viet Tien – Reviewer 1; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi My Linh – Reviewer 2; Dr. Ngo Minh Hai – Member; Dr. Phan Thi Nha Truc – Member; Dr. Tran Thi Thanh Phuong – Member; and M.A. Nguyen Viet Hang – Secretary.

After listening to the research team’s presentation and engaging in a rigorous process of academic review and professional discussion, the evaluation council highly appreciated the project’s timeliness, research depth, and the feasibility of its proposed solutions. With unanimous agreement from all members, the council officially accepted and approved the project.

The successful defense and approval of this provincial-level research project further affirm the role of the Institute of Business Research (IBR) in scientific research and policy consultancy activities. It also serves as clear evidence of the Institute’s commitment to research closely connected to practical needs, contributing to local strategic planning and promoting sustainable economic development.
