Introduction

The Lincoln 3+1 Bachelor’s Program is an international joint degree program between the University of Lincoln (UK) and the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH). It offers Vietnamese students the opportunity to access a high-quality European international study program at a reduced cost.

1. Admission Requirements

Applicants must fall into one of the following categories:

1. Students who have completed the first two years of their studies at UEH.
2. Students who have completed the first three years of their studies at UEH.
3. Students qualified for admission to UEH: Study the first 3 years under the UEH program, followed by 1 year of transfer to the University of Lincoln.

English Language Requirements:

To be accepted for the two years of study at the University of Lincoln, applicants must meet one of the following:

• GCSE: Minimum grade C.
• IELTS: Minimum 6.0 (with no sub-skill below 5.5).
• Other equivalent requirements accepted by the University of Lincoln (as published on their website).

Note: Candidates who do not meet these requirements must take an equivalent English test organized by the University of Lincoln and achieve a minimum result of B2 on the CEFR scale.

2. Program Structure

• Medium of Instruction: English
• Duration: 3 – 4 years
• Years 1–3: Study at UEH (equivalent to 240 credits).
• Year 4: Study at the University of Lincoln. Available majors include:
  • BA (Hons) Accountancy and Finance
  • BA (Hons) Business and Finance
  • BA (Hons) Business Economics
  • BA (Hons) International Accounting
  • BSc (Hons) Banking and Finance
  • BSc (Hons) Economics
  • BSc (Hons) Economics and Finance

3. Tuition Fees

• Year 4 (at the University of Lincoln): £13,280/year (after a 20% discount).
• The total cost for the two years at the University of Lincoln is approximately 849,920,000 VND (based on an exchange rate of £1 = 32,000 VND). This represents a 40% saving compared to a full-time study abroad program.

4. Campus

• 1 year of study at the University of Lincoln, UK.
• Campus: Brayford Pool, University of Lincoln.
