A. Degree programs

The Institute of Business Research (IBR) partners with several reputable foreign universities to provide academic programs for Bachelor, Master, and PhD in business and commerce.

We aim to provide students with a professional academic and research environment that enables graduates to compete and adapt to the global economy.

At IBR, we focus on keeping up-to-date with trends in education, training and research through cooperation with regional and international universities and organizations. The training process is closely connected with enterprises and society to give our students the most state-of-the-art educational methods and programs.

Nanyang Technological University, Singapore

University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore has jointly launched the International Master of Business Administration (IMBA) programme since October 2023. Our program strives to facilitate students to have a solid foundation on economic concepts as well as improve their soft skills to adapt change in a rapidly changing business environment, thereby meeting the requirements of businesses in the globalization context and the fourth industrial revolution.

University of Lincoln, United Kingdom 

The joint program between University of Lincoln (UK) and IBR – UEH aims to create opportunities for Vietnamese students to access international standard education from one of the top 20 universities in the UK and cost-savings compared to full-time students. The Bachelor's program is taught in English and takes 3 years to complete, with one year at UEH and the next two years transfer to University of Lincoln. We offer specializations for Bachelor's degrees in Accountancy and Finance, Business and Finance, Business Economics, Banking and Finance, Economics, Economics and Finance. Besides, our Institute also offers the PhD joint program with University of Lincoln, with specializations in Accounting, Economics, Finance, HR Management, Logistics Management, Management, Culture and Heritage Management, Marketing, and Tourism. The program duration will be from 3 to 6 years, and the PhD candidate will be supervised by 2 faculty mentors, one from UEH and ONE from the University of Lincoln.

University of Leicester, United Kingdom

University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City collaborates with University of Leicester in providing the joint training program of Doctor of Social Sciences. The program is designed to train leading-edge practitioners who will master the full range of theoretical and practical knowledge necessary for the conduct of their professional activities in their field at the highest level. Students can complete the program in a minimum of 48 months to a maximum of 72 months. The recruitment process includes a Master’s degree, a detailed outline of a research proposal, and IELTS 5.5.

B. Executive programs

Besides providing academic programs for undergraduate and graduate students, IBR also offers various executive training programs via an in-house education model and short courses for companies and local authorities in Vietnam. Some highlighted courses we offer include Senior Management Training, Management for Middle Managers, and Mini MBA Training.

We are also looking for foreign partners to provide in-house and executive training programs for local firms.
