20/01/2020
With the aim of creating a platform for faculty members, researchers, and doctoral students to discuss and share research towards international publication, the Institute of Business Research annually organizes international academic conferences.
The annual International Conference on Business and Finance (ICBF), organized by the Institute, is one of the leading international conferences in Vietnam. This conference provides an opportunity for scholars and researchers from both domestic and international institutions to exchange ideas and present studies on various topics related to economics, finance, and business. Accepted research papers presented at the conference have the opportunity to be published in reputable international and domestic journals, as well as prestigious scholarly monographs associated with the event.
In addition, the Institute of Business Research has successfully organized other prestigious international conferences, attracting significant interest and participation from researchers, scholars, and doctoral students both domestically and internationally. Notable among them are the Annual Asian Law and Economics Association Conference (2017), the UEH-NTU Conference, the ASEAN Finance Association Annual Meeting, and many others (detailed information available here). The Institute also hosts various national seminars and workshops in the fields of economics, finance, and business.
The Institute of Business Research is also the organizer of the Economic and Business Seminar Series, providing a platform for discussion and knowledge sharing, contributing to policy formulation and implementation.
At the beginning of 2020, the Institute was recognized by the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) for its outstanding achievements as a leading organizer of international conferences during the 2017-2019 period and for its significant contributions to international research, with numerous publications in ISI- and Scopus-indexed journals.
