Within the framework of activities to promote scientific cooperation and international academic integration, the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City continues to co-organize the 9th Vietnam International Conference in Finance (VICIF) 2025. This scientific event will take place on July 3rd and 4th, 2025, in Danang City. This is a prestigious forum for domestic and international scientists, experts, and researchers to present and discuss the latest research findings.

The Vietnam International Conference in Finance (VICIF), an initiative of the Vietnam Finance Association International (VFAI) and Vietnamese leading universities, is an annual scientific forum with a profound influence on the financial research community. The core objective of the conference is to create an open space for academic dialogue, encourage knowledge exchange, and strengthen the research collaboration network between Vietnam and the world.

The agenda of VICIF 2025 will focus on specialized research areas and contemporary issues in the finance industry. The main topics include, but are not limited to: Corporate Finance and Governance; Asset Pricing, Investment, and Portfolio Management; Finance and Sustainability; Financial Markets and Institutions; FinTech, Artificial Intelligence, and Big Data; Banking and Financial Regulation; Behavioral Finance; Risk Management and Quantitative Finance; and Household Finance and Financial Consumer Protection.

One of the special highlights of VICIF 2025 is the participation of Professor Zacharias Sautner, Professor of Sustainable Finance at the University of Zurich and a Senior Chair at the Swiss Finance Institute. The presence of a leading expert in Sustainable Finance promises to deliver in-depth and up-to-date perspectives on one of the critical areas of modern finance.
