- Business Strategy and Competitive Advantage
- In this volatile era, it is crucial to become a learning organization where everyone understands concepts of strategy and innovation. Business strategies that served companies in the past are rapidly becoming obsolete as new entrants develop unique value propositions.
- Managers must learn new competencies, including strategic and integrative thinking, value creation, and business model innovation. Upon completion of this module, students can select frameworks and models to transform organizations, build new business models, and adjust overall strategies to suit the many simultaneous changes occurring in today’s environment.
- Accounting for Decision Making
- Accounting, a key business function, is a core component of all business and MBA programs. This course is designed for managers without an accounting or finance background, studying accounting within the context of the organization and the competitive environment. The course aims to equip students with the skills to analyze accounting reports for decision-making.

- Leadership and Organizational Behavior
- People are the heart of every organization. Hardware, systems, policies, etc., can only operate effectively when there are people to run/implement them. Therefore, this “core software” plays a pivotal role in providing organizations with the advantage not only to survive but to thrive in the intense global competition of the 21st century.
- This course provides deep insights into behavior within organizations. Through the science of Organizational Behavior, students will gain knowledge to develop key management and leadership competencies necessary to interact and work effectively with superiors, colleagues, and subordinates.
- Leadership and Cultural Agility
- From the COVID-19 pandemic to the conflict in Ukraine and concerns over a potential cold war between superpowers, VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) events have created a ripple effect impacting individuals, groups, organizations, societies, nations, and the world.
- Research shows that new leadership theories are emerging and the demands on leaders are changing. Studies indicate that only 21% of leaders are prepared for upcoming changes. Leadership Agility is a key success factor identified to enhance employee engagement, teamwork performance, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. This course guides marketing strategies and management processes related to business propositions.
- Global Macroeconomics for Business
- Global Economics is a social science studying the creation, distribution, and consumption of resources worldwide. Because it relates to people and the real world, Global Economics allows students to learn about banking, finance, globalization, and broader social issues such as poverty, education, healthcare, and the global environment. This is a versatile subject closely linked to politics, sociology, psychology, business, and finance.
- The course focuses primarily on applying theories and quantitative methods to contemporary economic issues. It helps students think logically, rationally, and rigorously. After completion, students will be able to understand and analyze trends and dynamics of the global economy.
- Intellectual Property and Patent Law
- This course aims to introduce Intellectual Property and Patent Law. It will provide students with tools such as freedom to operate and licensing, comparing legal differences related to Intellectual Property in various regions of the world, and helping you consider their practical implications.

- Corporate Finance and Value Creation
- Along with operational and other decisions, financial decisions play a vital role in a company’s development, especially for large, publicly listed firms. The course focuses on practical financial activities, including the fundamentals of corporate finance, such as corporate governance, capital budgeting, capital structure, distribution policy, and working capital management.
- Operations and Supply Chain Management
- Operations and Supply Chain Management are two core functions of any organization. Proper management impacts the quality of service provided to meet customer orders, whether in manufacturing or service organizations. The goal of this course is to equip students with critical thinking to manage operations, business processes, and supply chains effectively.
- Marketing Strategy and Management
- Understand the fundamental issues affecting marketing strategy through stakeholder analysis, while gaining deep insight into decisions such as buyer behavior, competition, pricing, advertising, distribution, and sales methods. - Technology and platforms are increasingly central to all economic and social activities. Whether it is the rise of Generative AI, the introduction of IoT, or the prospect of smart cities, a deeper understanding of technology and innovation strategy is essential for managers aiming for success in today’s era.
- Marketing and Branding in the Digital Age
- Marketing and branding in the digital age is a critical topic that businesses face, especially in today’s digital economy. Brand management is crucial for businesses to win customers in the digital marketplace and is a key factor for their survival and success. This course is designed to prepare students for the challenges of building, protecting, and strengthening brands through digital marketing.
- Product Development and Commercialization
- The global market is under immense pressure to develop and launch new products faster as consumers become more sophisticated; they expect customizable products focused on their value. At the same time, technologies are converging, requiring a new range of skills to develop and launch products.
- Product Management is the backbone of every business. The essential skills and processes covered in this course are applicable in every industry, whether developing products, websites, web applications, or software. The course covers the fundamentals of Agile and Scrum, and how to apply these essential product management skills in a professional environment.

In this AI era, the speed at which humans catch up with AI is often the key for a business to maintain its position. This course will guide students through the basics of machine learning applied in business operations.
- Blockchain and its Business Application
- Blockchain technology has been transforming businesses worldwide. Its applications are impacting supply chains, food distribution, financial services, government, retail, etc. This course provides knowledge of Blockchain concepts and their applications in business.
- Business Models for Green and Digital Economy
- This capstone project is designed to apply knowledge from theoretical concepts and frameworks to generate new insights for the green and digital economy. Through core business subjects, technology and innovation, and leadership courses, you will apply your knowledge base to develop innovative and viable business models for the green and digital economy in Vietnam.
- This course helps learners transition from consumers of knowledge to creators of knowledge, thereby generating new insights into the emerging green and digital business landscape in Vietnam.
